The Taskmaster 4 stage patented design provides 94% efficiency on particulates as small as 0.3 microns using the DOP test for HEPA filters.

Steps in the filtration system

First, the dirty air comes into the Taskmaster. The dirty air includes dust-laden, pollen-filled and moldy air.

The second step is actually the first. The first filter, the Odor-stat, isan activated carbon impregnated filter which controls light odors and also collects particulates. It is cleanable to extend the life of the filter.

The next filter is the Carbon filter. The main ingredient in most electrostatic air filters is used as a pre-filter in the Taskmaster air cleaners to collect symptom-causing dust, pollen, mold and animal dander.

The third filter is the Borosil filter. This is a high efficiency particulate filter made of borosilicate glass fibers bonded with phenolic resin for control of pollen, spores, bacteria, smoke and dust. This kind of filter is used in hospitals and clean room applicants.

The last filter in this unit is the Electret filter. This kind of filter is another high efficiency particulate filter developed and used in respirator masks in applications that require high levels of air quality such as: aluminum, asbestos, coal, cotton, pesticides, rust paint mists, lead fumes and many more.

After the air goes through these 4 filters, fresh, pure air is produced, making your home or office environment clean. The polluted air enters four sides of the units TM250, TM350, (2 sides of the unit TM150) at a lower rate of speed which increases contact time with the odor absorbents. 4 different filters X 4 sides of the units increase the efficiency of odor and chemical removal tremendously over conventional air cleaners.
